Lynchburg, VA (October 2, 2024) – A serious two-vehicle crash occurred on Tuesday evening, October 1 resulting in critical injuries to a child. Emergency responders were called to the scene at approximately 8:49 p.m. at the intersection of Langhorne Road and Memorial Avenue.
Upon arrival, police and fire crews discovered five individuals with injuries. A juvenile was transported to a local hospital in critical but stable condition, while the other four individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries and are currently receiving treatment.
